SHIPPING POLICY

Tulight ships worldwide. By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping terms.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed:

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 10–18 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 12–20 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Important: Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays. Tulight is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. Tulight is not responsible for tracking information delays from the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office.
  2. Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

Tulight will investigate with the carrier but is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Tulight has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If a customer refuses to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us, the customer will be refunded the product cost only — original and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Incorrect Shipping Address Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Tulight is not liable for the loss and no refund will be issued.
